I DON'T SEE THE KIT I WANT TO BUY ON YOUR CANADIAN SITE. WHY?
We are offering a limited selection of women's, men's, and wedding kits at this time. We plan to introduce more products in the near future. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE?
All international sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to help.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND/OR TAXES WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will be charged the sales tax rate of the province in which your order will be delivered. You will not incur any additional cost for duty and customs.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX IN CANADA?
We deliver to all physical residential or business addresses in Canada; however, we cannot ship to Canadian P.O. boxes at this time.
WHERE WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER FROM?
All orders shipped to a Canadian address are sent from our fulfillment center in the Toronto area.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
For most addresses in Canada, we use Canada Post Parcel; however, in some remote areas, Canada Post is unavailable. Packages going to these areas will be shipped via UPS Ground.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Unless an item is on backorder, all orders are processed within 2-4 business days. We will notify you by email if one or more of your items are temporarily unavailable.
CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
We are only able to offer ground shipping at this time. Depending on the destination, packages can take up to 7 days for delivery after order processing. When placing your order, please allow enough time for your package to arrive. We regret that our fulfillment center is unable to offer express shipping methods.
WHICH STORES IN CANADA CARRY PINCH PROVISIONS?
Pinch Provisions is available in a limited number of retail locations in Canada. If you would like to know where you can purchase our products locally, please email us at email@example.com, and we will provide you with a list of retail stores near you.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
Our Canadian online store only ships to Canadian addresses. If you would like to ship within the United States, please visit our U.S. online store. For more information about shipping outside Canada and the United States, please visit our international information page.
HOW CAN I ORDER MORE THAN 24 UNITS OF ONE STYLE?
Please note that since orders of 25 or more are shipping from our US warehouse, your order will be charged in US dollars. Though these items ship duty-free to Canada, you will be responsible for payment of GST/HST upon delivery.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
If there is a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot guarantee changes or additions to international orders after you complete your purchase.
WHY DOESN'T MY KIT CONTAIN PAIN RELIEVER?
The kits we sell outside of the United States do not contain medicine. In the Minimergency Kit for Her, we have replaced the pain reliever with bobby pins to keep your hair in place and fix flyaways on the go!
CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE IN MY ORDER?
We do not have the capability to include gift messages at this time.
DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time.
